It’s a fair question, and one we expect many people to ask: What are the pricing plans for eznm.me?
The answer, for now, is simple.
There are none.
eznm.me is completely free to use. No plans, no tiers, no limits.
That’s not a temporary promotion or a growth hack. It’s a deliberate choice.
Why we can afford to keep it free
eznm.me isn’t an AI product. It doesn’t require massive compute clusters or expensive inference pipelines. At its core, it’s a simple, efficient system designed to do a small number of things extremely well: smart redirects, essential analytics, and rock-solid security.
We originally built eznm.me for ourselves. It started as an internal tool to support other services we operate. If you’re curious about that origin story, you can read more in Why we started eznm.me.
At the time, we didn’t have the budget—or the patience—to approve recurring expenses for something we only needed occasionally. We assumed a free tool with basic conditional routing would exist somewhere. To our surprise, it didn’t.
What we did find instead were bloated products with complicated pricing tables, feature matrices, and long explanations just to answer a simple question: “Can I send different users to different links?” The time we spent comparing plans and decoding restrictions quickly outweighed the effort of building it ourselves. So we did.
Built for clarity, not documentation
Development was fast because the scope was clear. We implemented only the features we actually needed. Our goal wasn’t to create another all-in-one platform, but a tool so intuitive it wouldn’t need a manual.
Simple rule-based redirects. Useful analytics. Strong defaults. And security that doesn’t get in the way. That’s it. We now rely on eznm.me every day—and we hope you will too.
So… will it always be free?
The features you’re using today? Yes. We fully expect those to remain free indefinitely.
As long as usage stays within what our infrastructure comfortably supports, there’s no reason to introduce pricing. This service is lightweight by design, and we’re happy to run it using spare capacity. If it ever becomes a burden, the simplest solution is also the most honest one: we stop promoting it.
eznm.me is not our core business. It’s a supporting tool. That gives us the freedom to think long-term instead of chasing short-term revenue.
Free doesn’t mean naive
The internet is full of genuinely free tools. Loan calculators. PDF converters. Image resizers. Many of them run heavier workloads than URL redirection and sustain themselves with minimal, unobtrusive ads. If needed, we could explore similar approaches without compromising the experience.
What we won’t do is hide basic functionality behind confusing pricing tricks or turn simple use cases into upsell funnels.
Looking ahead
That said, we won’t promise that everything will always be free. If eznm.me grows, and if we discover ideas that go far beyond today’s scope, there may be room for premium features in the future.
If that happens, those features won’t be minor extensions of what already exists. They’ll be fundamentally new capabilities—things that are genuinely expensive to build, maintain, or operate, and compelling enough to justify their cost.
Most importantly, any future paid options will be strictly optional. They will never take away, restrict, or degrade the core functionality you rely on today.
Use eznm.me with confidence. Build on it. Plan around it. We’re here for the long run.
