1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Easy Name Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the service for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • You may not use the service for any illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing purpose, including activity that violates applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • You may not use the service to distribute, promote, or facilitate spam, malware, phishing, fraud, abusive content, or any other harmful or unsafe activity.
  • You may not interfere with, abuse, misuse, exploit, overload, or attempt to bypass the normal operation, security, review, or abuse-prevention systems of the service.
  • The destination URL you submit must be the actual final destination. You may not use chained redirects, other URL shorteners, cloaking, intermediary landing pages, or similar methods to hide, disguise, or evade review of the final destination.
  • You may not link to destinations that we reasonably consider insecure, unsafe, deceptive, abusive, or suspicious, including destinations using inadequate transport security or destinations warned against or flagged by browsers, search engines, security vendors, hosting providers, abuse-reporting services, or other third-party security sources.
  • We may access, review, scan, test, follow redirects from, or otherwise inspect any destination URL at any time, manually or automatically, to determine whether it complies with these Terms.

3. Account Suspension and Data Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account and disable or discontinue your shortened URLs at our sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Illegal, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or suspicious activity
  • Prolonged inactivity or lack of access to your account

In cases of prolonged inactivity, as determined at our sole discretion and typically after 12 months with no account access or URL usage, we may deactivate your account and delete associated log data, shortened URLs, and analytics information. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from these actions.

4. Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on the Easy Name Me website are provided on an "as is" basis. Easy Name Me makes no express or implied warranties and disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Easy Name Me is currently provided as a free service. We do not provide any Service Level Agreement (SLA) or guarantee regarding uptime, reliability, or availability. We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.
